Lullabyå¨åÊPrimo offers a full-size, quick set-up infant bassinet with a flat, padded mattress. The mattress features an organic cotton sleeping surface and zips open to allow removal of floorboards for easy machine washing. An electronic toy bar further encourages soothing sleep and the playard frame is surrounded by soft mesh for reassuring ventilation and visibility.

Lullabyå¨åÊPrimo features a sturdy, snap-on changer with a zip & wash cover for comfort and convenience. When not in use, the changer attaches to the side of the playard for out-of-the-way storage. The deluxe parent organizer features extra-large compartments for easy access to diapering essentials.

As your little one grows, the mattress transitions to the floor of the playard to offer an extra-large space for your toddler to play or sleep.     Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

     

    Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

    We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.

    Defective Items

    Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

    Damaged Items

    If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

    Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

    Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
