The Lullaby Portable Playard offers years of all-in-one convenience with a quick-install infant bassinet, an easy-clean changer and a large toddler play area. A staple at home for everyday use, the push-button fold and large carry bag make it perfect for travel too.

The full-size infant bassinet features a flat, padded mattress to offer a comfortable sleeping space for baby's first months (up to 15 lbs.). Raised for easy access to your little one, the Lullabyå¨ bassinet mattress includes removable floorboards and a zip & wash cover for machine washing. The playard frame is surrounded by soft mesh for reassuring ventilation and visibility.

Lullaby features a sturdy, snap-on changer for children weighing up to 25 lbs. The changer has a wipeable, vinyl cover for easy and thorough cleanup. The handy parent organizer holds diapering essentials and the changer conveniently attaches to the side of the playard for out-of-the-way storage when not in use.

As baby grows, the Lullaby mattress transitions to the floor of the playard to offer a safe space for your curious toddler to play or sleep (up to 30 lbs.). Large, rubberized wheels allow for easy maneuvering from room to room.

Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

 

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Defective Items

Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
