The CYBEX Eternis S with SensorSafe™ is the only car seat your child will need from birth and beyond. With three modes - rear-facing, forward-facing and booster, this All-In-One Convertible Car Seat is designed for use from birth up to 120 lbs. This car seat features a patented 3-position reclining headrest that guides your child’s head into a safe and comfortable position, and Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.), which can reduce side impact forces by up to 25% when compared to the same car seat without L.S.P. extended.

With SensorSafe™ car seat safety technology, you'll gain instant insight into your child's well-being—right to the SensorSafe app on your phone. Built into the chest clip of CYBEX car seats, SensorSafe provides alerts when unsafe situations arise including if a child unbuckles themselves; if the back seat has become too warm or too cold, if a child has been seated for too long, and if the driver accidentally leaves the child behind.

Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

 

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Defective Items

Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
