Made with soft, luxe fabrics and tapered Ash wood legs with specially finished metals, Starling’s inspired design captures classic elements and combines them seamlessly with modern technology—paying special attention to providing comfort for your little one. 

Suitable for babies up to 20 lbs., the Starling Smart Bassinet provides a cozy mattress pad with a removable, machine-washable cover and the ability to choose between 5 natural rocking motions—Cradle, Sway, Flutter, Cascade, and Zephyr—to comfort your little one. The Starling Smart Bassinet immediately responds to your baby’s cry with one of its calming motions to lull them back to sleep, or 5 soothing sounds through the built-in Bluetooth® speaker, all with customizable timers. This product is designed with a firm, flat sleeping surface that meets the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recommendations for safe sleep. Key to its design is the use of EcoCare, our new premium, future-friendly, 100%-recycled fabric made from plastic bottles. The yarn produced is soft, comfortable, and breathable––perfect for your little one. 

Powered by Zoundream, our groundbreaking CryAssist™ technology uses AI to translate your little one’s cries, letting you know if they might be sleepy, fussy, gassy, agitated, or hungry; and by knowing what is bothering your baby, you’ll be able to respond to their needs quickly and with confidence. Your little one is communicating with you, and with CryAssist, now you’ll know what they’re saying. Each of CryAssist’s response-based features are optional, ensuring control is always in your hands. Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

 

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Defective Items

Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
