Winter weather shouldn’t deter family adventures. The Cold Weather Footmuff is an essential accessory to any Bumbleride stroller model, providing a cozy and protective layer for cold weather climates. The plush micro-fleece interior is made entirely of post-consumer recycled plastic bottles (100% rPET fleece) creating a warm, soft layer to keep little travelers’ snug. The exterior fabric is made from a durable 100% rPET shell treated with a PFAS-Free durable water repellent (free from forever chemicals). The simple design gives the option of being fully enclosed for cold blustery days or zipping off the top layer for the in-between months. Created with convenience in mind, this product is universal and machine washable. Available in Black.

    Online Return Policy

    Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

     

    Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

     

    Car seats are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.

    We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.

    Defective Items

    Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

    Damaged Items

    If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

    Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

    Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

    If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by either calling 432-520-5405 or email us sales@babybizmidland.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. If you have placed the order before or after business hours, please leave a message to ensure no penalties occur.
