We designed the Mesa V2 with intuitive innovations you can see and features that remove the guesswork. The Mesa V2 maximizes ease to minimize error, which allows parents to move forward with confidence and security.

Additionally, the 4th rebound carry handle position allows for increased safety and aids in absorbing rebound forces.
  • Install In Seconds: We make installation quick and simple by combining our innovative SmartSecure® system, auto-retracting LATCH design, red to green tightness indicator, and four-position adjustable foot.
  • European Routing: Provides a safe and secure carrier-only installation when the use of a base isn’t convenient. The belt path easily secures the carrier at three points of contact to reduce movement.
  • Fire Retardant Free Fabrics: The Mesa V2 is made with fabric that is free from fire retardant chemicals for all fashions and textiles, including the large UPF 25+ hideaway Canopy. It is also GREENGUARD® Gold Certified to support healthier air quality and low chemical emissions.
  • Robust Infant Insert Included: The removable infant insert is designed to provide better fit and body positioning for babies approximately 4 – 11 lbs.

Baby Biz strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

 

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Defective Items

Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
